Financing

PRICE of one turnkey villa is USD189,000 i.e. 3.100.000.000 IDR/ the price consists of the property including equipment, pool and garden and a 30-year lease of land

Payment of the reservation fee of 15% upon signing the contract

40% of the property price until 31.12.2024

Another 35% after the completion of the rough construction / approx. 1/06/2025
05.
10% when handing over the property / 1.12.2025
